Le Couvent des Jacobins con\u00e7oit ses activit\u00e9s en fonction des caract\u00e9ristiques des publics cibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La cuisine m\u00e9di\u00e9vale et ses traditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Classe divis\u00e9e en deux groupes alternant les deux ateliers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette activit\u00e9 propose une approche originale du Moyen \u00c2ge \u00e0 travers la th\u00e9matique de l\u2019alimentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comment mangeait-on au Moyen \u00c2ge ? Les nobles, les paysans et les religieux partageaient-ils les m\u00eames repas ? Comment dressait-on une table ?
\u00c0 travers deux ateliers compl\u00e9mentaires, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves d\u00e9couvrent les habitudes alimentaires m\u00e9di\u00e9vales<\/strong> et plongent dans le quotidien gustatif d\u2019autrefois<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le premier groupe d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves d\u00e9couvre une table m\u00e9di\u00e9vale, le calendrier alimentaire et les aliments qui composaient les recettes de l\u2019\u00e9poque tandis que le deuxi\u00e8me groupe met la main \u00e0 la p\u00e2te en r\u00e9alisant une pr\u00e9paration d\u2019hypocras sans alcool<\/strong> \u00e0 refaire \u00e0 la maison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une activit\u00e9 sensorielle, historique et ludique<\/strong> qui permet d\u2019aborder le Moyen \u00c2ge autrement, en faisant appel \u00e0 la curiosit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la participation active des \u00e9l\u00e8ves<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n
